Cybersecurity should be accessible to anyone curious enough to step in.

About BICS

Breaking Into Cybersecurity is an initiative created for anyone curious about cybersecurity, especially those who want to understand how to get into the field and where to begin. Whether you are young, a student, early in your journey, building on an IT background, or already working in security, BICS is a place to learn through open conversation, shared experiences, and real connections. We want to make cybersecurity feel more accessible, less intimidating, and easier to explore by creating a space where questions are welcome and people can learn from real experiences and others already working in the field. Breaking Into Cybersecurity is for anyone who wants to explore or grow in the field. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or experience.
